Welcome to Trans-Texas Airways virtual airline (TTa). We are a group of flight simulation enthusiasts who celebrate the early days of air transportation in Texas. We fly the original routes of Trans-Texas Airways and Texas International Airways using Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 or FSX.
ROUTES
Currently our route structure replicates the 1952 timetable with more than 100 flight segments in Texas, including flights to the biggest cities in the Lone Star State, as well as many smaller regional and municipal airfields. Our headquarters are located in Houston at the Houston International Airport (also known as Hobby Airport or KHOU). Click here to see the status of current flights
FLEET
Currently, the principal aircraft used for TTa flights is the Convair 240 radial-engine propliner. We offer the FS2004 version of this aircraft, a turbocharged 580-variant, and are working on additional aircraft to add to the flightline.
